Players train twice a week and compete in games on select weekends, building skills, confidence, and basketball IQ in a positive, structured environment.

  • Practice days and times are based on age group and team placement. The schedule below is tentative — final times will be confirmed after player assessments:

    • 7–8 Year Olds: Tuesday & Thursday | 5:00–6:00 PM | RISE

    • 9–10 Year Olds: Tuesday & Thursday | 6:00–7:00 PM | RISE

    • 11–12 Year Olds: Tuesday & Thursday | 7:00–8:00 PM | RISE

    • Elementary / Middle School Girls: Monday & Wednesday | 5:00–6:00 PM | RISE

    • 12–13 Year Olds: Monday & Wednesday | 6:00–7:00 PM | RISE

    • Middle School / High School Girls: Monday & Wednesday | 7:00–8:00 PM | RISE

    • 13–14 Year Olds: Tuesday & Thursday | 5:00–6:30 PM | Grace Church

    • 14–17 Year Olds: Tuesday & Thursday | 6:30–8:00 PM | Grace Church

    All players will receive their final team assignments and confirmed practice times after the first-week assessments.

  • Our main gym headquarters, serving ages 7–13, is located at 4th Street & Menaul in Albuquerque. We also use Grace Church for ages 13–17 to provide additional practice space.

    We do not operate gyms in other locations.

    • Tax: $50.00

    Additional Fees

    • Uniform: $50 (only if needed; uniforms from previous seasons may be reused)

    • Tournaments: Separate player fees ($50 per tournament) and spectator admission fees

  • Most events are local, taking place in Albuquerque, Bernalillo, and Rio Rancho. The farthest travel is typically to Los Lunas, Edgewood, or Santa Fe.

  • We evaluate players every time they’re in the gym (and even how they carry themselves off the court). New players attend assessments or pre-season training so we can place them appropriately. We collaborate as a staff to build rosters by similar skill level and experience—age is considered, but skill fit comes first.
