The RISE Development League
RISE Development League
The RISE Development League is a month-to-month basketball development program for beginner- to intermediate-level players ages 7–17.
Players receive structured skill training, personalized coaching, and live-game experience through our signature 4v4 format. The program helps players strengthen their fundamentals, improve their basketball IQ, build confidence, and prepare for higher levels of competition.
Development League teams do not participate in AAU tournaments.

How Placement Works
Teams are based on ability and readiness—not solely on age or grade.
Coaches consider each player’s:
Current skill level
Basketball experience
Confidence
Physical development
Basketball IQ
Game readiness
Coaches may move players between teams as their skills, confidence, and readiness develop.
Set Practice Days and Times
Players attend practices on the designated days and times for their assigned group. Each monthly membership includes eight scheduled team practices.
4v4 Game Days
Players participate in two organized 4v4 game days each month. The 4v4 format creates more opportunities to handle the ball, make decisions, play defense, and apply skills in live-game situations.
These are in-house developmental games—not tournaments.

Important Information
